25 MHz MEMS XO for harsh environments
The DSC1121DM2-025.0000T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator from Microchip's DSC1121 series, delivering a 25 MHz CMOS output across a 2.25V to 3.6V supply range. AEC-Q100 qualification means it passed automotive-grade reliability stress: the same oscillator can serve an ECU on the production line and a satellite payload in the same BOM family.
The 2.25V–3.6V supply covers both 2.5V and 3.3V logic families from the same rail — no extra LDO needed when the MCU core shifts between power states. CMOS output drives the clock input of most MCUs, FPGAs, and SoCs directly; no external level translator or AC-coupling required.
Housed in a 6-SMD, No Lead package measuring 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — the compact footprint fits tight card-edge and mezzanine placements.
