The DSC1121DM2-002.3000T is a MEMS-based XO (standard) oscillator from Microchip's DSC1121 series, delivering a 2.3 MHz CMOS output with ±25 ppm frequency stability over the full -55°C to 125°C military temperature range. AEC-Q100 qualification confirms this part meets automotive-grade stress and reliability requirements, suitable for under-hood ECUs, chassis control modules, or any application where the oscillator sees temperature cycling and vibration.
