33 MHz MEMS XO with automotive qualification
The DSC1121DL2-033-0000T is a 33 MHz MEMS-based oscillator (XO) from Microchip, delivering a CMOS output in a 6-SMD no-lead package.
Frequency stability and supply tolerance
Frequency stability is held to ±25 ppm across the full temperature and voltage range, which keeps the clock edge jitter within the timing budget for a 33 MHz bus without external trimming. The supply input accepts 2.25 V to 3.6 V, so the same oscillator can be shared across a 3.3 V and 2.5 V rail without a separate regulator.
Enable/Disable function and current draw
An integrated Enable/Disable pin lets the system shut down the oscillator output without removing power. Maximum supply current is 35 mA when active; disabling the output drops the draw to 22 mA max, useful for power-sensitive nodes that sleep between bus transactions.
