MEMS XO with automotive-grade qualification
The DSC1121DL2-025.0000 is a 25 MHz MEMS-based XO (Standard) with CMOS output, rated AEC-Q100 for automotive reliability. The MEMS resonator replaces a quartz crystal, giving better shock and vibration immunity — relevant for engine bay or chassis-mounted ECUs where a quartz crystal might fracture under continuous vibration.
Supply voltage and temperature range
Operates from 2.25V to 3.6V, covering both 2.5V and 3.3V logic rails without an external LDO.
Enable/Disable function and package
Includes an Enable/Disable pin (tri-state output when disabled) — useful for power-cycled subsystems or test modes where the clock must be gated without a separate buffer. Housed in a 6-SMD no-lead package measuring 2.50mm x 2.00mm with a seated height of 0.90mm, it fits tight board stacks in handheld or space-constrained modules.
