MEMS oscillator at 33 MHz — what it replaces
The supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, so it runs directly off a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an intermediate LDO. Maximum supply current is 22 mA — typical for a 33 MHz CMOS output into a standard load.
Housed in a 6-SMD no-lead package measuring 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The no-lead construction means the terminations are flush with the package body — the PCB land pattern must match the recommended footprint in the datasheet to avoid solder bridging.
