Automotive-grade 10 MHz reference for harsh environments
The MEMS resonator eliminates the quartz cold-start delay and shock sensitivity; the 2.25V to 3.6V supply range lets it run directly from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an intermediate LDO.
Wide supply range of 2.25V to 3.6V covers both 2.5V and 3.3V logic families — the oscillator's internal regulator rejects supply ripple, so a noisy 3.3V rail from a buck converter won't pull the output frequency off the ±25 ppm window.
Housed in a 6-SMD no-lead package measuring 2.50mm x 2.00mm with a seated height of 0.90mm — this is a compact footprint for space-constrained automotive modules like a radar sensor or a camera ECU.
