MEMS oscillator replaces quartz at 100 MHz
The DSC1121DI1-100.0000 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator from Microchip's DSC1121 series, delivering a 100 MHz CMOS output from a 2.25V to 3.5V supply rail — it covers both 2.5V and 3.3V logic without a separate regulator.
Microchip lists the DSC1121DI1-100.0000 as Active. The 6-SMD, no-lead package (2.50mm x 2.00mm footprint, 0.90mm seated height) is a standard MEMS oscillator land pattern; the enable/disable function lets the system gate the clock output without a separate buffer.
The 2.25V to 3.5V supply range means the oscillator runs from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an LDO — the CMOS output swings rail-to-rail, so the downstream FPGA or ASIC input sees a full-swing clock edge.
