MEMS oscillator with 26.6 MHz CMOS output
The DSC1121DI1-026.6000 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC1121 series, delivering a 26.6 MHz CMOS output. Its wide supply range of 2.25V to 3.6V lets it sit on a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without a separate regulator — one less BOM line to manage.
Enable/Disable for power gating
With the output disabled, the max supply current drops from 35 mA to 22 mA, saving 13 mA per clock tree branch.
Housed in a 6-SMD no-lead package measuring 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The 0.098" x 0.079" footprint matches the common MEMS oscillator land pattern — no via-in-pad needed, and the small body fits tight channel spacing on a multi-layer board.
