Frequency stability is specified at ±20 ppm across the operating range, which keeps the clock edge jitter within the timing budget for 10/100/1000BASE-T Ethernet PHYs and most USB 2.0 controllers without requiring a TCXO. The supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, so the same part number can be used on a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without a separate LDO — useful when the BOM already carries both voltages and you want to reduce line-item count.
If the board sees an enclosure ambient above 70°C, a wider-temperature-grade sibling from the DSC1121 family would be needed.
