50 MHz MEMS XO for harsh-environment timing
The DSC1121CM1-050.0000T is a 50 MHz MEMS-based oscillator in the DSC1121 series, delivering a CMOS output from a 2.25V–3.6V supply rail — the wide range lets it run from a 2.5V or 3.3V regulator without a level translator on the supply. AEC-Q100 qualification certifies the part for automotive reliability stress and PPAP — a necessary gate for under-hood or chassis-domain designs.
The 2.25V–3.6V supply range covers the common 2.5V and 3.3V logic rails without an external LDO — the oscillator's internal regulator rejects supply ripple up to the PSRR of the MEMS PLL.
Frequency stability and temperature range
A ±50 ppm window at 50 MHz is ±2.5 kHz; for a UART bit clock at 115.2 kbaud that is less than 0.5% of the bit period, so no issue.
The part is in production and suitable for new designs. Sourced through independent distribution; confirmed at RFQ against the BOM quantity. No stock-holding claim — availability and current pricing are quoted per order.
