32 MHz MEMS oscillator with full military temperature range
The DSC1121CM1-032.0000T: The MEMS resonator inherently handles higher shock and vibration than a quartz crystal — no external load capacitors needed, and the Enable/Disable pin lets the system gate the clock for low-power sleep modes.
Supply voltage and output compatibility
CMOS output swings rail-to-rail, so it drives standard digital inputs (MCU clock, Ethernet PHY reference, FPGA global clock) directly. Maximum supply current is 35 mA when enabled; disabling the output drops it to 22 mA max — useful for battery-powered equipment that needs to idle the clock tree.
Package and board layout fit
Housed in a 6-SMD no-lead package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — the same footprint as many standard quartz oscillators, so it drops onto existing PCB pads without a layout change. Frequency stability is ±50 ppm, which keeps the clock within tight tolerance for USB and Ethernet timing requirements across the full temperature range.
