MEMS oscillator replaces quartz with wider temperature range
The DSC1121CM1-030.0000 is a 30 MHz MEMS-based oscillator from Microchip's DSC1121 series, delivering a CMOS output from a 2.25V to 3.6V supply rail.
Enable/Disable pin and supply flexibility
The 22 mA maximum supply current at 30 MHz is low enough to run from a 3.3V or 2.5V rail without a dedicated regulator; the 2.25-3.6V range covers both standard logic supplies.
The 6-SMD no-lead package (3.20mm x 2.50mm, 0.90mm seated height) is a standard footprint shared across the DSC1121 family, so a single PCB layout can accommodate frequency variants without a board spin.
