26.5625 MHz MEMS XO — AEC-Q100, full military temp
Microchip DSC1121CM1-026.5625T is a fixed-frequency MEMS-based XO (Standard) delivering 26.5625 MHz with CMOS output. The MEMS resonator replaces a quartz crystal — no start-up time, no crystal load cap selection, and inherently more shock and vibration tolerant than a quartz oscillator. Rated across -55°C to 125°C with ±50 ppm frequency stability, this part fits avionics, downhole, satellite, and engine-bay applications where the ambient temperature exceeds standard industrial limits. The AEC-Q100 qualification adds the automotive reliability stress screening — PPAP, temperature cycling, ESD, and latch-up — required for under-hood and chassis-domain ECUs.
Supply range and enable/disable function
Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V — one oscillator covers 2.5V and 3.3V logic rails without a separate regulator. The Enable/Disable pin lets a GPIO gate the output: disable mode drops supply current from 35 mA max to 22 mA max, useful for power-cycled sensor nodes or multi-frequency clock trees.
Package — 3.20 mm × 2.50 mm, 6-SMD no-lead
Housed in a 6-SMD no-lead package measuring 3.20 mm × 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The no-lead land pattern matches standard MEMS oscillator footprints — no through-hole, no bent leads.
Active lifecycle — no LTB urgency
This is a current-production part from Microchip — no last-time-buy window to manage, no forced redesign. Sourced through independent distribution; quoted to order against the BOM quantity.
