Product details

Why this MEMS oscillator exists

A quartz crystal oscillator that works at -55°C is expensive and fragile. The DSC1121CM1-010.0000T uses a MEMS resonator instead, delivering a 10 MHz CMOS clock from -55°C to 125°C without the shock and vibration sensitivity of a quartz blank.

The 2.25V to 3.6V supply range lets you run this oscillator from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without a separate regulator. CMOS output drives standard logic inputs directly — no termination resistor needed for short traces. The 10 MHz frequency is a common reference for MCUs, Ethernet PHYs, and FPGAs.

The 6-SMD, no-lead package measures 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm.

Frequently asked questions

Is DSC1121CM1-010.0000T AEC-Q100 qualified?
