MEMS oscillator for extreme-temperature clocks
Supply flexibility and output drive
Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, so the same oscillator works on a 2.5V FPGA bank or a 3.3V MCU rail without a level translator — one BOM line covers both domains. Max supply current is 35mA, and the Enable/Disable function drops it to 22mA when the clock is gated — useful for power-cycled subsystems that don't need the oscillator running during sleep.
Housed in a 6-VDFN package measuring 3.20mm x 2.50mm with a seated height of 0.90mm — a compact land-grid array footprint that saves board area compared to a standard 7x5mm quartz oscillator can.
