MEMS resonator — no quartz, no startup wait
It is a standard XO (oscillator) with CMOS output, rated for 27 MHz, and includes an enable/disable function that pulls the output to high-impedance when de-asserted.
Industrial temperature range –40 to 105°C
Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, so the same oscillator can run from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail — no extra regulator or divider needed.
Housed in a 6-VDFN package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm max. Surface-mount package — standard reflow profile applies.
