The DSC1121CI2-125.0000T is a 125 MHz MEMS-based XO with CMOS output, rated for -40 to 85°C and qualified to AEC-Q100 — the automotive reliability standard that covers temperature cycling, ESD, and latch-up stress beyond commercial-grade parts.
Supply voltage and output logic
Operates from 2.25V to 3.6V, so the same oscillator can be fed from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without a separate LDO — simplifies the power tree and reduces BOM count. CMOS output swings rail-to-rail, which is directly compatible with most FPGA, MCU, and PHY clock inputs — no level translation or AC-coupling needed. The Enable/Disable function (pin-controlled) lets the system shut off the oscillator to save power — the disable current is 22 mA max versus 35 mA max when running, a 37% reduction that matters in battery-backed or sleep-mode designs.
Cut Tape is available for prototyping or low-volume builds.
