The DSC1121CI2-125.0000 is a 125 MHz XO (Standard) oscillator built on a MEMS resonator, delivering a CMOS output from a 2.25V to 3.6V supply rail. The AEC-Q100 rating places it in the automotive-grade component class, suitable for under-hood and chassis-domain applications where temperature cycling and vibration exceed commercial-grade limits.
