It outputs a CMOS-level clock, so it drives the clock input of an MCU, FPGA, or Ethernet PHY directly without needing an external level translator.
The operating supply range spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, covering both 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails without an extra regulator. Frequency stability is ±25 ppm absolute pull range (APR). For a 49.152 MHz clock feeding a 1000BASE-T PHY or a video pixel clock, that stability keeps the jitter budget within the PHY's or serializer's input tolerance.
The 6-VDFN package measures 3.20 mm × 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. That small footprint leaves room for decoupling caps close to the supply pin — a 0.1 µF ceramic right at the Vdd pin is standard practice for this oscillator family. No special via-in-pad required.
