48 MHz MEMS oscillator with AEC-Q100 grade
AEC-Q100 qualification qualifies this part for automotive applications—under-hood or cabin electronics where the ambient temperature swings and vibration demand a ruggedized timing source. The MEMS resonator replaces a quartz crystal, offering better shock and vibration tolerance and faster start-up than a traditional crystal oscillator—relevant for engine control units, ADAS sensors, or infotainment modules that see mechanical stress.
Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, covering 3.3V and 2.5V rails without an external regulator—the CMOS output swings rail-to-rail, so the logic threshold matches the supply directly. Maximum supply current is 35 mA when enabled; the disable function drops draw to 22 mA max, useful for power-save modes in battery-backed modules or ignition-off states.
Housed in a 6-SMD no-lead package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm—the compact footprint fits dense automotive PCBs where board real estate is tight. Surface-mount assembly with standard reflow profiles; no special handling beyond normal MSL precautions. The enable/disable pin can be tied to a GPIO for output gating during system test.
