MEMS oscillator for automotive and industrial clocks
The DSC1121CI2-025.0012 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator from Microchip's DSC1121 series, generating a 25.0012 MHz CMOS output with ±25 ppm frequency stability. The MEMS resonator replaces a quartz crystal, giving better shock and vibration tolerance — useful in automotive and industrial environments where a quartz can drift or fail under mechanical stress.

Package and supply compatibility
Housed in a 6-SMD, No Lead package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm (0.126" x 0.098") with a seated height of 0.90 mm (0.035"). Surface-mount, reflow-compatible. The Enable/Disable function lets the system gate the clock output — pulling the enable pin low drops the supply current from 35 mA max to 22 mA max, useful for power-sensitive nodes that sleep between transmissions.
