133.3333 MHz MEMS oscillator for high-speed clocking
Its 2.25V to 3.6V supply range covers 2.5V and 3.3V logic rails without a dedicated regulator, simplifying power distribution on mixed-voltage boards. The Enable/Disable function lets the system shut down the oscillator when the clock is not needed, reducing supply current from 35 mA max to 22 mA max in the disabled state.
MEMS vs quartz – sourcing and reliability angle
The base resonator is MEMS rather than quartz, which typically offers better resistance to shock and vibration and shorter manufacturing lead times — a practical advantage when quartz supply tightens.
Housed in a 6-SMD, No Lead package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm, it fits standard oscillator footprints and is compatible with reflow soldering. Supplied in Tape & Reel (TR) for automated pick-and-place assembly.
