20 MHz MEMS oscillator with wide supply tolerance
Its 2.25V to 3.6V supply range spans 2.5V and 3.3V logic rails without an extra regulator — one BOM line covers both domains. The enable/disable function (E/D) lets the output be tri-stated for power-down or test modes, controlled by a logic-level pin. This is useful in multi-clock systems where the oscillator can be gated off during sleep states without removing the supply rail.
Military temperature grade and MEMS reliability
For a 20 MHz clock, that translates to ±500 Hz maximum deviation — tight enough for most MCU and FPGA clock inputs without external trimming.
Housed in a 6-VDFN package measuring 3.20 mm × 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm.
