The DSC1121BM2-010.7000T is a 10.7 MHz MEMS-based oscillator from Microchip's DSC1121 series, delivering a CMOS output with ±25 ppm frequency stability across the full -55°C to 125°C military temperature range. The MEMS resonator inherently tolerates higher vibration and has faster startup than quartz — relevant for engine bay, downhole, and avionics timing circuits.
