Package, supply, and sourcing posture
Housed in a 6-SMD no-lead package measuring 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — the same footprint as many quartz oscillators, so a board designed for a standard 5x3.2 mm XO accepts this MEMS part without a layout change. Maximum supply current is 22 mA at 60 MHz, which keeps the thermal load low in a sealed enclosure. Lifecycle status is Active per Microchip.
