30 MHz MEMS oscillator for automotive and harsh environments
The DSC1121BM1-030.0000T is a 30 MHz MEMS-based XO from Microchip's DSC1121 series, delivering a standard CMOS output with enable/disable control. The MEMS resonator inherently resists vibration and mechanical stress better than a quartz crystal, so the frequency stability of ±50 ppm holds across the full temperature range without the aging drift typical of crystal oscillators.
Supply voltage and power budget
Maximum supply current is 35 mA when enabled, and drops to 22 mA when the output is disabled via the enable/disable pin — useful for power-gated clock trees in battery-backed systems.
The 6-SMD, no-lead package measures 5.00 mm × 3.20 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. Surface-mount assembly with standard reflow profiles; no underfill required.
