MEMS resonator with military temperature range
The DSC1121BM1-014.7456T is a 14.7456 MHz XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC1121 series, built on a MEMS resonator rather than a quartz crystal. This oscillator can sit in an avionics LRU, a downhole tool, or a satellite payload where the ambient swings from cold-soak to internal heat rise without losing lock.
Supply flexibility and output drive
The supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, so it runs from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without a dedicated LDO. The CMOS output swings rail-to-rail, which keeps the edge rates clean into a microcontroller clock input or an FPGA global clock buffer.
