131.072 MHz MEMS oscillator for timing-constrained BOMs
Supply voltage tolerance and output drive
The wide 2.25V to 3.6V supply range lets the oscillator share a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an extra LDO — useful in mixed-voltage designs where the core logic runs at 1.8V but the I/O bank is 3.3V. Maximum supply current is 22 mA at 131.072 MHz, which sets the power budget for the clock tree.
Package footprint and board layout
Housed in a 6-SMD no-lead package measuring 5.00mm x 3.20mm with a seated height of 0.90mm — a standard footprint shared by many MEMS and quartz oscillators. The no-lead construction reduces parasitic inductance compared to a gull-wing package, which helps maintain signal integrity at 131 MHz.
