The supply range spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V — one BOM line covers both 2.5 V and 3.3 V clock domains.
Frequency stability and supply current
For a 120 MHz clock, that is ±3 kHz of drift — tight enough for a 100BASE-T1 Ethernet PHY reference or a CAN-FD controller where the bit-time budget is measured in nanoseconds. The disable current is the MEMS oscillator core plus the control logic; the output buffer is off, so the clock line floats high-Z.
The 6-SMD no-lead package measures 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. Surface-mount assembly; no special reflow profile beyond what the solder paste requires.
