100 MHz MEMS clock for harsh environments
Its AEC-Q100 qualification means it's been through the automotive reliability gauntlet — temperature cycling, ESD, and latch-up — making it a fit for under-hood ECUs, ADAS cameras, and industrial motor drives where a quartz can might crack under vibration. The MEMS resonator core gives it better shock and vibration tolerance than a traditional quartz crystal, and the 2.25V to 3.6V supply range lets it run off a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without a separate regulator.
Package and board-fit checklist
Housed in a 6-SMD, No Lead package measuring 5.00mm x 3.20mm with a seated height of 0.90mm — the same footprint as many standard 5x3.2 mm oscillators, so it's a drop-in swap for quartz XOs in that form factor. The Enable/Disable function lets you gate the output for power savings in battery-backed systems; when disabled, the supply current drops to 22 mA max from the 35 mA max active draw. Surface-mount only — the no-lead package is hand-solderable with a fine tip and flux, but a hot-air station or reflow oven is cleaner for production quantities.
Suitable for new designs and production builds.
