Product details

66.6666 MHz MEMS oscillator with AEC-Q100 qualification

AEC-Q100 qualification makes this oscillator suitable for automotive electronics — the MEMS resonator is inherently more shock- and vibration-tolerant than a quartz crystal, which matters for under-hood and chassis-mounted modules.

Supply voltage flexibility and enable/disable function

Operates from a 2.25V to 3.6V supply, covering common 2.5V and 3.3V rails without an external regulator. The enable/disable function lets the system gate the clock output; when disabled the supply current drops to 22 mA max from the 35 mA max active draw.

Active lifecycle — available for new designs

This is a current-production part suitable for both new designs and ongoing production. The MEMS construction avoids the quartz supply constraints that occasionally affect crystal-based oscillators.

Frequently asked questions

Is the DSC1121BI2-066.6666 suitable for automotive applications?

The MEMS resonator also withstands higher shock and vibration than quartz, making it a fit for engine bay or chassis-mounted ECUs.
