MEMS XO for automotive and industrial clock trees
The DSC1121BI1-075.0000T is a fixed-frequency MEMS-based oscillator (XO) delivering a 75 MHz CMOS output with ±50 ppm stability. It is AEC-Q100 qualified, making it suitable for under-hood and chassis-domain electronics where vibration and temperature cycling are routine. The enable/disable function allows the output to be tri-stated, letting the system power down the clock tree without removing the supply rail. Operating from 2.25 V to 3.6 V, it spans 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic rails without an external level translator.
Temperature range and supply flexibility
Maximum supply current is 35 mA when enabled; disabling the output drops the draw to 22 mA max, useful for battery-backed or power-sensitive assemblies.
Microchip lists the DSC1121BI1-075.0000T as Active. The part is suitable for both new designs and ongoing production. Supplied in tape and reel (TR) for automated pick-and-place. The 6-SMD, no-lead package (5.00 mm × 3.20 mm, seated height 0.90 mm) is a standard MEMS oscillator footprint.
