The DSC1121BE5-098.3040T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator from Microchip delivering a 98.304 MHz CMOS output with ±10ppm frequency stability across its -20°C to +70°C operating range. The 2.25V–3.6V supply range spans 2.5V and 3.3V logic rails directly, eliminating a dedicated LDO for the clock source.
6-VDFN surface-mount footprint — layout considerations
Housed in a 6-VDFN package measuring 5.00mm x 3.20mm with a seated height of 0.90mm, this oscillator occupies the same footprint as many quartz oscillators in the industry-standard 5.0×3.2mm ceramic package.
