125 MHz MEMS oscillator for harsh environments
The DSC1121AM2-125.0000 is a Microchip MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator delivering a 125 MHz CMOS clock output with ±25 ppm frequency stability across the full -55°C to 125°C military temperature range. The 2.25V to 3.6V supply range means it can run directly from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an external regulator—one less part in the timing tree. Enable/Disable function lets the system shut down the oscillator for power savings during idle periods; the disable current max is 22 mA vs 35 mA active.
