66.666 MHz MEMS XO with full military temp range
It is suited for under-hood engine control units, transmission controllers, and chassis-domain sensors where the ambient temperature can exceed 105°C. The MEMS resonator gives it an advantage over quartz in high-vibration environments — no piezoelectric crystal to crack under mechanical shock. Startup time is typically under 5 ms, compared to 10-20 ms for a quartz oscillator, which matters for fast-booting ECUs.
Operates from a 2.25V to 3.6V supply, covering both 2.5V and 3.3V logic rails without an external regulator. CMOS output is a single-ended, rail-to-rail swing that interfaces directly with most MCU, FPGA, and PHY clock inputs. No external termination resistors are needed for short traces — the 15 pF load capacitance typical of CMOS inputs is well within the oscillator's drive capability.
Housed in a 6-SMD, No Lead Exposed Pad package measuring 7.00 mm x 5.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The 0.90 mm height allows it to fit under low-profile enclosures and mezzanine boards.
