A satellite payload or a missile guidance computer that sees -55°C on ascent and +125°C near the engine can use this part without a separate temperature-compensated can.
Supply flexibility and enable logic
The supply range spans 2.25V to 3.6V — one rail for 2.5V and 3.3V logic families. No second LDO needed when the board has both voltage domains; the oscillator runs from whichever rail is cleaner. The disable current max is 22 mA, compared to 35 mA max when running — useful for battery-powered gear that sleeps between transmissions.
Housed in a 6-VDFN with exposed pad, 7.00 mm x 5.00 mm footprint, seated height 0.90 mm max. Surface-mount on tape and reel — the 0.90 mm height fits under a mezzanine board or inside a compact enclosure without a clearance spacer.
