27 MHz MEMS oscillator with AEC-Q100 and full military temp range
The DSC1121AM2-027.0000 is a 27 MHz XO (Standard) built on a MEMS resonator, delivering CMOS output with ±25 ppm frequency stability across -55°C to 125°C — a temperature span that covers both automotive under-hood and military/aerospace environments. AEC-Q100 qualification means this part has passed the automotive-grade reliability stress tests — temperature cycling, ESD, latch-up — making it suitable for engine control, transmission, and chassis-domain modules where a standard quartz oscillator would drift or fail. The Enable/Disable function lets a microcontroller or system controller gate the clock output, reducing supply current from 35 mA to 22 mA when the oscillator is disabled — useful for power-save modes in battery-backed or thermal-constrained designs.
Supply voltage flexibility and package footprint
The 6-SMD package measures 7.00 mm × 5.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The exposed pad underneath provides a thermal path to the PCB ground plane. Surface-mount assembly with a standard reflow profile — no special handling beyond the usual moisture sensitivity level (MSL) for a MEMS device.
