The DSC1121AM2-016.0000T is a 16 MHz MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC1121 series, delivering CMOS output with ±25 ppm frequency stability across the full -55°C to 125°C range. AEC-Q100 qualified, this oscillator is suited for automotive under-hood ECUs, avionics, downhole instrumentation, and other environments where a quartz crystal's temperature drift or shock sensitivity would cause timing failures.
