Supply voltage and power budget
Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, covering both 2.5V and 3.3V rails without an external LDO. Maximum supply current is 35 mA when enabled; the disable function (Enable/Disable pin) drops the current to 22 mA max, useful for power-cycling the clock in battery-backed systems.
Package and board layout
Housed in a 6-VDFN exposed pad package measuring 7.00 mm x 5.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The 0.90 mm profile fits under low-clearance enclosures common in portable and rack-mount equipment.
