The DSC1121AM1-030.0000T is a 30 MHz MEMS-based oscillator with CMOS output, rated across -55°C to 125°C and qualified to AEC-Q100 — that puts it in the under-hood automotive band as well as avionics and downhole tooling where a quartz crystal would struggle with shock and vibration. Max supply current is 35 mA; the disable function pulls it down to 22 mA when the clock is gated.
