Operating from 2.25V to 3.6V, this oscillator spans 2.5V and 3.3V logic rails without an external regulator — a single part number covers mixed-voltage designs. Frequency stability is ±50 ppm, tight enough for 100BASE-T Ethernet and general-purpose MCU clocking without a TCXO.

Housed in a 6-SMD, No Lead Exposed Pad package measuring 7.00mm x 5.00mm, the DSC1121AM1-025.0000T draws 35 mA max when enabled and 22 mA max when disabled.
