That range covers everything from a cold-soaked satellite at launch to the interior of a turbine-engine nacelle. The absolute pull range (APR) of ±50 ppm is the frequency stability the output holds over that entire span — the number a timing engineer budgets before the downstream PLL or ADC jitter allocation. The CMOS output swings rail-to-rail, making it a direct drop into most MCU clock inputs, FPGA global clock buffers, or Ethernet PHY reference oscillators.
