MEMS oscillator with ±10 ppm stability
The MEMS resonator eliminates the quartz crystal start-up and aging drift concerns — the stability spec holds from first power-up through the part's operating life.
Supply voltage and output drive
Operates from a 2.25V to 3.6V supply, so it can run directly from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an external regulator. The CMOS output sinks and sources up to 35 mA max — enough to drive a single clock load or a small fan-out tree on a short PCB trace.
Enable/Disable function and power savings
The Enable/Disable function (pin 1) lets the system shut down the oscillator output while keeping the MEMS resonator biased. When disabled, supply current drops to 22 mA max — useful for power-sensitive designs that need to gate the clock without a full power cycle.
Package and board layout
Housed in a 6-VDFN exposed-pad package measuring 7.00 mm x 5.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm.
Active production status
No last-time-buy or end-of-life notice has been issued. Sourced through independent distribution; availability and lead time confirmed at RFQ.
