MEMS clock source for automotive and industrial timing
AEC-Q100 qualification means this oscillator is validated for automotive-grade reliability—suitable for engine control units, ADAS sensor interfaces, and infotainment clock trees where quartz shock and vibration sensitivity are a concern.
Supply voltage flexibility and enable/disable control
The 2.25V to 3.6V supply range allows direct connection to 2.5V or 3.3V rails without an external regulator—a single BOM line covers both logic families. An integrated Enable/Disable function lets the system shut down the oscillator when the clock is not needed. Maximum supply current is 35 mA when enabled, dropping to 22 mA when disabled—useful for power-sensitive modules that sleep between wake cycles.
Package footprint and board integration
Housed in a 6-SMD, No Lead Exposed Pad package measuring 7.00mm x 5.00mm with a seated height of 0.90mm, the DSC1121AI2-065.5360T fits standard oscillator footprints and reflow profiles used for quartz XOs—no layout change needed when migrating from a crystal-based source.
