MEMS oscillator — no quartz, no startup jitter
The DSC1121AI2-033.3330: Unlike quartz oscillators, the MEMS resonator has no mechanical aging drift and is inherently more shock- and vibration-tolerant — relevant for equipment that ships assembled or runs near rotating machinery.
Supply voltage and disable function
Operates from 2.25V to 3.6V, covering 2.5V and 3.3V logic rails without an external regulator. The Enable/Disable function pulls output to high-impedance state, drawing 22mA max when disabled — useful for power-gating the clock tree in sleep modes.
Package and board layout fit
Housed in a 6-VDFN exposed pad package measuring 7.00mm x 5.00mm with a seated height of 0.90mm.
Sourced through independent distribution; quoted to order against the BOM quantity. No pin-compatible second source is listed, but the DSC1121 series has multiple frequency and stability variants sharing the same footprint.
