Supply voltage and frequency stability
Runs from a 2.25V to 3.6V supply, so it can share a 3.3V or 2.5V rail without a separate LDO. Frequency stability is ±50 ppm — tight enough for a 100BASE-T1 Ethernet PHY reference or a CAN-FD controller clock, but check the ppm budget if the application requires a precision time base for a GPS-disciplined oscillator.
