The DSC1121AI1-064.0000T is a 64 MHz XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC1121 series, built on a MEMS base resonator with a CMOS output — a drop-in replacement for quartz-based oscillators where shock and vibration tolerance matter.
Supply range and power budget
Operates from 2.25 V to 3.6 V, covering 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic rails without an extra regulator. Maximum supply current is 35 mA when enabled; the disable mode drops to 22 mA max via the Enable/Disable function.
Housed in a 6-VDFN with exposed pad (7.00 mm x 5.00 mm, 0.90 mm seated height). The exposed pad needs a thermal via pattern under the package for heat sinking — the datasheet layout recommendation should be followed for reliable operation at the upper temperature extreme.
