MEMS oscillator at 25 MHz — ±10 ppm stability
The MEMS resonator gives this oscillator better shock and vibration immunity than a traditional quartz crystal — a practical advantage if the board sees handling, shipping, or fan vibration in an indoor appliance or office equipment.
Supply voltage and power budget
Supply range spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, covering both 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails without an extra regulator — simplifies the power tree on a mixed-voltage board. Maximum supply current is 35 mA when enabled; the disable function drops it to 22 mA max, useful for power-sensitive designs that gate the clock in sleep modes.
Package and board layout
Housed in a 6-VDFN with exposed pad, 7.00 mm x 5.00 mm footprint, 0.90 mm seated height — the exposed pad needs a thermal via pattern under the package for heat sinking and mechanical stability during reflow. Surface-mount only; the 6-pad DFN is hand-solderable with a fine-tip iron and flux, but a hot-air station or reflow oven gives a more consistent fillet on the exposed pad.
