The DSC1121AE2-075.0000T is a 75 MHz XO (Standard) MEMS oscillator from Microchip's DSC1121 series, delivering a CMOS output with ±25 ppm frequency stability over its -20°C to 70°C operating range. Rated AEC-Q100, this oscillator is qualified for automotive applications where reliability under temperature and vibration is critical — think engine control units, infotainment, or ADAS sensor timing. The Enable/Disable function allows the output to be tri-stated, reducing supply current from 35 mA to 22 mA when the clock is not needed — useful for power-sensitive designs that gate the clock during sleep modes.
