100 MHz MEMS clock with HCSL output
The HCSL output is designed for high-speed serial interfaces such as PCIe Gen1/2/3 reference clocks, where the differential swing and low jitter are required.
The supply voltage range of 2.25V to 3.6V covers both 2.5V and 3.3V rails without an extra regulator. Maximum supply current is 42 mA when active. The Standby (Power Down) function reduces current draw to 95 µA max, which matters for battery-operated equipment that needs to preserve charge during idle periods.
Temperature grade and frequency stability
The 6-SMD, No Lead package measures 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. Surface-mount assembly with no through-hole leads; the small size suits dense board layouts in networking switches, SFP modules, and embedded computing.
Microchip continues to manufacture the DSC1104 series with no announced end-of-life.
